Who Chose to Stay
Dr. Rashid Kamdar grew up in Orange County, attending Fountain Valley High School before earning his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences at UC Irvine — where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with top honors.
His academic excellence earned him a Regents Scholarship to UCLA School of Dentistry, where he graduated near the top of his class with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He then went on to complete a rigorous General Practice Residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, New York — one of the most demanding clinical training environments in the country.
Determined to reach the highest level of orthodontic expertise, Dr. Kamdar pursued specialty training in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at UNLV before returning to Southern California to serve the community he grew up in.
Since 2006, Dr. Kamdar has been creating beautiful smiles across four locations in Southern California. His approach blends clinical precision with genuine warmth — the kind of orthodontist who remembers your name, your goals, and why your smile matters to you.
As a Premier Invisalign Provider and a fluent speaker of English, Farsi, and Spanish, Dr. Kamdar serves a diverse community of patients from Orange County through the Inland Empire.
